Speed and competition fascinated Lucas from a young age. And ever since his first laps in a kart, the Koblenz native has been addicted to motorsport. A picture-perfect career followed, in which he made his first mark as a 15-year-old by winning the European Karting Championship. After a short excursion into formula racing, Lucas went to America as a freshly crowned champion in the Porsche Carrera Cup Germany to claim various race victories and championships between 2000 and 2012. This was followed by various jobs as a works driver for the major manufacturers and further sporting successes.

At the beginning of 2020 Lucas decided to step back and pass on his experience. Together with Ricki, he founded LiLaC Rennsport GmbH, where he acts as managing director, team manager and driver coach. But don’t worry, Lucas has not hung up his racing helmet yet. His return to the wheel is firmly planned for 2021…
